Now in my 14th year as a State Farm agent, I came into agency life after 11 years in finance, bringing with me a strong foundation in customer service, financial guidance, and relationship-building. Our agency has been fortunate to earn multiple State Farm awards and achievements, but we're just getting started! Our team has grown to 15 members and continues to expand as we serve our community with care and consistency.

I’m a proud UCLA graduate, and outside of work I'm a car enthusiast, an outdoors lover, and a passionate sports fan. Community support is a core part of who we are—we actively contribute to annual toy drives and partner with organizations like the Ronald McDonald Charity to support children and families battling cancer.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Stan Tolesnikov - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
